Job summary

Lamoiyan Corporation in Paranaque City, Metro Manila, is seeking a Delivery Operations Associate to join our warehousing, storage and distribution team. This full-time role focuses on ensuring smooth, accurate delivery of goods from the warehouse to customers, upholding our standards of service and operational excellence.

You will coordinate schedules, monitor stock movements, prepare delivery documents, track shipments, and collaborate with warehouse, transport and customer teams.

Qualifications

• Physical capability to perform manual tasks such as loading and checking goods

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage delivery schedules, ensuring timely dispatch of goods and optimal route planning
• Monitor inventory levels and maintain accurate records of stock movements and deliveries
• Liaise between warehouse, transportation and customer teams to resolve delivery-related queries and issues
• Prepare delivery documentation, including bills of lading, delivery notes and manifest sheets
• Track shipments and provide customers with delivery status updates and ETAs
• Conduct quality checks on outbound shipments to ensure accuracy and condition of goods
• Assist in optimising delivery routes and reducing logistics costs where possible
• Support warehouse operations with loading and unloading of vehicles when required
• Maintain compliance with health, safety and environmental regulations within the delivery operation
• Report on delivery performance metrics and identify areas for improvement
