You will handle delivery documentation, track inventory movements, and coordinate with drivers and warehouse staff to ensure on-time deliveries across Metro Manila. The role emphasizes accuracy, speed, and cross-functional communication as you reconcile discrepancies, encode logistics data, and generate routine reports to monitor performance.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or higher in business/logistics or related field.
• 1–2 years in logistics, warehouse, or inventory roles.
• Familiarity with SAP, Oracle, or WMS systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and process shipping documents (DRs, SIs, Gate Passes, Bills of Lading).
• Coordinate daily dispatch with drivers and 3PL to ensure timely deliveries.
• Track inventory movements using the ERP/WMS system.
• Reconcile discrepancies and coordinate with Sales/Warehouse teams.
• Enter data accurately and generate performance reports (daily/weekly/monthly).

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Logistics Clerk to join our fast-paced FMCG distribution team in Maybunga, Pasig. In this role, you will be the backbone of our daily supply chain operations—handling delivery documentation, tracking inventory movements, and coordinating with drivers and warehouse staff. Because FMCG moves rapidly, your accuracy and speed will directly ensure our products reach retail shelves and distributors across Metro Manila on time.

Core Responsibilities

• Documentation & Billing: Prepare, check, and process shipping documents, including Delivery Receipts (DRs), Sales Invoices (SIs), Gate Passes, and Bill of Lading.
• Dispatch Coordination: Coordinate daily dispatch schedules with truck drivers and third-party logistics (3PL) providers to ensure timely deliveries.
• Inventory Tracking: Monitor incoming and outgoing stock levels using our inventory system, ensuring data matches physical counts.
• Discrepancy Resolution: Reconcile delivery returns, damages, or missing items (badrg/returns) and coordinate with the Sales and Warehouse teams to resolve them quickly.
• Data Entry & Reporting: Encode accurate logistics data and generate daily, weekly, or monthly reports on delivery performance and tracking.

Qualifications & Skills

• Education: High School Graduate, Senior High School Graduate, or holder of a Bachelor’s/Associate Degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• Experience: At least 1–2 years of experience as a logistics, warehouse, or inventory clerk, ideally within the FMCG or retail distribution industry.
• Tech Savvy: Proficient in MS Office (especially MS Excel for tracking data). Experience with ERP systems like SAP, Oracle, or standard Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) is a major plus.
• Traits: High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-moving environment.
• Communication: Good verbal and written communication skills for coordinating with drivers, encoders, and supervisors.
• Location Preference: Willing to work on-site in Maybunga, Pasig. Candidates living in Pasig, Marikina, Cainta, or Taguig are highly preferred for an easier commute.
