Job summary

Aumtrend Ph Inc. is seeking a Delivery Manager in Taguig on a hybrid schedule (3 days onsite, 2 days remote). The role leads Finance migration and transformation efforts, coordinating Finance, Technology, Data, and Operations across multiple workstreams.

You will drive end-to-end delivery, maintain integrated plans, manage risks and dependencies, and ensure testing and readiness for go-live in a regulated banking context.

Qualifications

12–16 years of overall professional experience with delivery or programme management.
Proven track record in complex, cross-functional change within banking or regulated financial services.
Strong expertise in integrated project planning and dependency management.
Experience with RAID, escalation, decision tracking and recovery planning.

Responsibilities

Lead the end-to-end delivery of Finance migration and transformation scopes.
Develop and maintain integrated project plans, milestones, and dependency maps.
Coordinate technical release schedules, testing windows, approvals, and go-live timelines.
Monitor delivery progress, identify delays, and implement recovery actions with owners.
Facilitate workstream meetings, reviews, and senior stakeholder updates.
Maintain RAID logs and decision logs, ensuring risk mitigation and escalation.
