Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience leading delivery teams and ensuring high‑quality IT services for customers.
• Strong knowledge of IT services, platforms, and technology vendors.
• Experience guiding teams through incident, problem and change management and root cause analysis.
• Ability to partner with Delivery Partner(s) and work with SREs for positive outcomes.
• Hands-on AIOps mindset with automation and innovative thinking.
• Strong customer interaction and ability to empower delivery resources.

• Lead delivery teams to provide reliable IT services within contractual frameworks.
• Collaborate with Delivery Partners and SREs to ensure client outcomes.
• Propose and implement tailored solutions aligned with customer business needs.
