Job summary

Kyndryl is seeking a Delivery Manager to lead a 24x7 delivery operation from onsite Pasay City, Philippines. You will own service delivery, drive improvements, and partner with cross-functional teams to ensure exceptional client experiences.

You will manage incidents, changes, and escalations while mentoring teams, aligning with ITIL/SRE practices, and focusing on continuous service excellence in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years leading delivery teams and ensuring service quality.
• Proven ability to manage incidents, problems, and changes.
• Experience partnering with Delivery Partners and SREs.
• Hands-on with AIOps, automation, and innovation.
• Strong customer-facing interactions and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee a 24x7 delivery operation ensuring SLA and customer satisfaction.
• Primary contact for service delivery matters, including governance and performance.
• Drive incident, problem, change, and escalation management for timely restoration.
• Monitor performance, risks, and metrics, implementing corrective actions.
• Lead, coach, and develop technical teams across multiple support functions.
• Manage workforce planning, talent development, and succession planning.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, quality, and customer experience via automation.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to standardize best practices and drive transformations.
