Job summary

Multiplast Corporation in Bulacan, Philippines seeks an experienced delivery supervisor to manage and coordinate daily delivery activities of the distribution team. You will oversee loading/unloading, monitor driver performance, and liaise with customers to resolve inquiries, driving service excellence.

The role requires 3+ years in delivery leadership within manufacturing/ logistics, strong organizational and communication skills, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in a delivery leadership role, preferably in manufacturing, transport, or logistics.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills to coordinate multiple deliveries and tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with customers and lead a team.
• Proven ability to problem-solve and make quick decisions for timely delivery of goods.
• Familiarity with health, safety, and transport regulations.
• A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
