Qualifications

• Valid professional driving licence for the vehicle, with a clean record.
• Has 1–3 professional licences.
• Minimum 2 years' delivery driving experience.
• Excellent knowledge of Taguig City roads and navigation.
• Strong organisational and time management for multiple deliveries.
• Physical fitness to load/unload parcels.
• Excellent customer service and professional demeanour.
• Reliable, punctual and safety‑minded.
• Ability to work independently with guidance from management.
• Familiarity with GPS navigation and mobile delivery tracking.
• Experience with proof of delivery and digital signatures.

About the role

VENTURESLINK MANAGEMENT SOLUTION INC. is seeking a reliable and professional Delivery Driver to join our team in Taguig City, Metro Manila. This is a full-time position that plays a crucial role in our logistics operations, ensuring that parcels and goods are delivered safely and on time to our customers. As a Delivery Driver, you will be the face of our company, representing our commitment to excellence in customer service whilst maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and punctuality. This role is essential to our mission of providing efficient courier and delivery services across the region.

Brand: Hafele Hardware and appliances

Rate: 760 daily + OT pay + Free HMO after 6 months

Key responsibilities

• Safely operate and maintain delivery vehicles in compliance with all traffic laws and company safety policies
• Collect and deliver parcels and goods to designated locations within assigned routes, ensuring timely delivery
• Verify delivery addresses and collect signatures or payment from recipients as required
• Maintain accurate delivery records, including scanning packages and updating tracking information in real time
• Perform routine vehicle maintenance checks, including fuel, oil, brakes and tyres, and report any mechanical issues promptly
• Handle parcels with care, ensuring packages are transported securely and protected from damage
• Provide exceptional customer service, responding professionally to customer enquiries and concerns
• Adhere to all company policies regarding safety, conduct and appearance standards
• Communicate effectively with dispatch and management regarding delivery status and any delays or issues encountered

What we're looking for

• Valid professional driving licence appropriate for the vehicle type being operated, with a clean driving record
• With 1,2,3 professional license
• Minimum of 2 years' experience as a delivery driver or in a similar driving role within the courier or logistics industry
• Excellent knowledge of Taguig City Metro Manila roads and navigation skills, with the ability to plan efficient routes
• Strong organisational and time management abilities with the capacity to handle multiple deliveries in a single shift
• Physical fitness and stamina to handle loading, unloading and carrying parcels throughout the day
• Excellent customer service skills with a professional and courteous demeanour
• Reliable, punctual and responsible with a strong work ethic and commitment to safety standards
• Ability to work independently whilst being responsive to direction from management
• Familiarity with GPS navigation systems and mobile delivery tracking applications
• Preferably, experience with proof of delivery systems and digital signature capture technologies
