Job summary

Motoworld in the Philippines is seeking a Warehouse and Logistics Helper to support store deliveries and warehouse tasks. You will perform vehicle checks, assist in loading, prepare delivery routes, and ensure accurate merchandise handling.

The role offers exposure to logistics operations across multiple retail stores and dealer locations, with opportunities to grow in delivery planning, vehicle maintenance, and warehouse processes.

Qualifications

• Education: High school graduate or better.
• Experience: 1 year in warehouse or logistics operations.
• Driver’s license: Valid Professional Driver’s License (Restriction Code C) or Code 3.
• Familiarity with basic warehouse and delivery procedures.

Responsibilities

• Vehicle maintenance and inspection before and after trips.
• Review load plans and delivery routes for efficiency.
• Check merchandise against delivery documents and load items.
• Deliver merchandise to stores and dealer locations safely.
• Provide real-time delivery updates to Logistics Officer.
• Load, deliver, and unload pulled-out items from stores to warehouse.
• Post-delivery vehicle inspection and issue reporting.
• Warehouse pick and pack for deliveries to Visayas and Mindanao.

Responsibilities:

• Vehicle Maintenance & Inspection: Conduct regular vehicle inspections and ensure the delivery vehicle is in good working condition before and after each trip.

• Load Planning & Route Checking: Review load plans and delivery routes to ensure efficient and timely deliveries.

• Merchandise Checking & Loading: Check merchandise against delivery documents and properly load items onto the assigned vehicle.

• Merchandise Delivery: Safely and efficiently deliver merchandise to assigned stores and dealer locations.

• Delivery Status Reporting: Provide real-time delivery status updates to the Logistics Officer.

• Pull-Out Item Delivery: Load, deliver, and unload pulled-out items from stores to the warehouse.

• Post-Delivery Vehicle Inspection: Conduct a post-delivery inspection of the vehicle and report any issues or concerns.

• Warehouse Pick & Pack: Assist with warehouse picking and packing activities, particularly for deliveries to Visayas and Mindanao.

Qualifications / Core Skills:

• Education: At least a high school graduate.

• Experience: At least 1 year of experience in warehouse or logistics operations.

• Retail Experience: Previous experience working in the warehouse of a retail company is an advantage.

• Driver’s License: Holder of a valid Professional Driver’s License with Restriction Code C. or Code 3.

• Skills: Physically fit, organized, responsible, safety-conscious, and familiar with basic warehouse and delivery procedures.

Location: Must be willing to work in Kaybiga, Caloocan.
