• Endorse pending deliveries to the incoming shift to ensure continuity.
• Promote compliance with policies, safety, and transport regulations.
• Identify opportunities to improve dispatch efficiency and coordination.

The opportunity

Join Q.C. Styropackaging Corporation / Multiplast Corporation as a Delivery and Dispatch Shift Supervisor. In this full-time role, you will supervise delivery and dispatch operations during your assigned shift to help ensure that products are dispatched accurately and delivered safely and on time throughout Central Luzon.

You will lead the delivery and dispatch team and coordinate with third-party logistics and transport providers to support the Company’s delivery requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and supervise delivery and dispatch activities during the assigned shift.
• Coordinate delivery schedules, routes, vehicles, and personnel based on customer requirements and delivery priorities.
• Supervise dispatch personnel, company drivers, helpers, and other delivery team members, providing guidance, coaching, and performance feedback.
• Coordinate and monitor third-party logistics and transport providers to ensure that bookings and deliveries meet the Company’s requirements.
• Arrange third-party vehicle bookings when needed and verify that assigned vehicles are suitable for the type and quantity of products to be delivered.
• Oversee the loading and dispatch of products to ensure accurate quantities, proper handling, and safe transport.
• Monitor scheduled deliveries and promptly address delays, vehicle concerns, and other delivery issues.
• Coordinate with customers and concerned departments regarding delivery schedules, special instructions, and delivery-related concerns.
• Check delivery documents and proof of delivery for completeness and timely submission.
• Monitor delivery and dispatch performance, including timeliness, customer concerns, and third-party service issues, and recommend improvements.
• Endorse pending deliveries, concerns, and other important updates to the incoming shift to ensure continuity of operations.
• Promote compliance with Company policies, safe work practices, and applicable transport regulations.
• Identify opportunities to improve dispatch efficiency, vehicle utilization, and coordination with transport providers.

What we’re looking for

• At least three (3) years of experience in a delivery, dispatch, distribution, or logistics supervisory role, preferably in the manufacturing, transport, or logistics industry.
• Experience coordinating with third-party logistics or transport providers.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to supervise dispatch personnel, drivers, helpers, and other team members.
• Good planning, organizational, and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple deliveries and changing priorities.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills for coordinating with customers, internal departments, and external transport providers.
• Ability to identify problems, make sound decisions, and respond promptly to delivery and dispatch concerns.
• Familiarity with dispatch procedures, delivery documentation, vehicle scheduling, and safe loading practices.
• Knowledge of relevant health, safety, and transport regulations.
• Willingness to work on a shifting schedule, as required by operations.
• A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
