Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Engineering, or related field.
• 3–5 years in investment banking, debt capital markets, private credit, or investor relations.
• Hands-on experience supporting at least one capital raise or financing transaction.
• Strong financial modeling: three-statement or project-level cash flows, returns, scenarios.
• Solid understanding of debt instruments, covenants, and repayment mechanics.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and PowerPoint/Slides.
• Excellent written and verbal English; can present to investors and leadership.
• Able to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment.
• Real estate or project finance exposure a plus; CFA level/equivalent a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive debt raises with banks, lenders, and private investors.
• Prepare investor decks, teasers, term sheet comparisons, and funding memos.
• Build data rooms; coordinate due diligence across Finance, Legal, and Operations.
• Maintain investor pipeline from first contact to funding.
• Produce periodic investor reports for various investor tranches.
• Track covenants, repayments, and maturities; flag risks early.
• Develop project-level models: cash flows, returns, funding needs, repayment.
• Run scenario and sensitivity analyses to aid funding decisions.
• Create high-quality decks for leadership and external stakeholders.
