Job summary

MicroSourcing is seeking a Debt Resolution Specialist - Debt Negotiator for its onsite Eastwood, Quezon City office. You will review accounts, negotiate balances, and engage with creditors and debt buyers to drive favorable settlements.

Strong English fluency is essential, with the ability to communicate clearly in negotiations with U.S.-based clients and law firms. This role requires professional client interactions by phone and email and is conducted on site during night shifts.

Your Role

This role is ideal for a candidate with experience in financial services, collections, account servicing, or other high-volume account resolution environments. While direct debt settlement experience is a plus, it is not required. We are looking for someone who is comfortable reviewing account details, working with balances and payment scenarios, and communicating confidently in negotiation-oriented conversations.

Strong English fluency is required, including clear and professional spoken communication that is easily understood in live conversations with U.S.-based clients, creditors, collection agencies, and law firms. This role also requires the ability and willingness to communicate directly with clients when needed by phone and email.

This is an in-office position. This role may involve both account negotiation and direct client communication as business needs require.

• Follow compliance standards, internal procedures, and performance expectations.
• Work efficiently in a high-volume environment while staying organized and detail-oriented.
