Job summary

Hammerjack Pty Ltd. is seeking a Product Manager for Debit Card initiatives to design and sustain optimal product and customer experiences, shaping future business models and variants.

The role involves market insights, end-to-end product proposals, ongoing performance monitoring, and collaboration with system/platform teams to implement programs and projects that strengthen competitiveness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Management, and other related fields.
• At least 3 years of experience in financial services, industry, project management and/or marketing gained from service sectors.

Responsibilities

• Draws market insights and looks for opportunities to grow the business via thorough research of relevant trends and industry literature.
• Formulates end-to-end product proposals including business requirements, feasibility studies, profitability analysis, risk management; monitors performance of the assigned product and programs.
• Looks after the assigned products' competitiveness by enhancing features, processes and customer experience, including product changes and improving operational performance.
• Liaises with internal partners such as system and platform teams and leads the implementation of necessary programs/projects.
• Identify, set-up and manage strategic alliances with internal/external organizations to support business goals.

Overall responsible for creating and sustaining optimal product and customer experience for Debit Cards including designing innovative programs for future business models or product variants, which will impact the bank's growth and competitiveness both now and in the future.

Responsibilities

• Draws new market insights and looks for opportunities to grow the business and innovate via thorough research of relevant trends and industry literature
• Must formulate end-to-end product proposals which include business requirements, feasibility studies, profitability analysis, risk management, etc. Will also be in-charge of monitoring the performance of the assigned product, its associated programs and/or product variants through preparation of relevant presentations and post-program review
• Looks after the assigned products competitiveness by continuously enhancing the product features, processes, and customer experience. This includes any product change, rationalization, standardization, correction, conversion, abandonment, and improving the product's operational performance (quality) to achieve the business goals
• Responsible for constantly liaising with internal partners such as system and platform teams, and leads the implementation of the necessary programs / projects
• Role, as applicable, may also include identifying, set-up and managing strategic alliances with internal/ external organizations to help support business goal
