Responsibilities

• Assist the Vice President for Academic Affairs in all matters affecting general academic policies and programs
• Prepare the curriculum of the college and keep these programs updated with current trends and development
• Achievement of employability outcomes
• Sustain development program by encouraging faculty to pursue higher degree
• Develop and maintain a continuing faculty supervisory program and keep the efficiency of instruction at the highest possible level
• Prepare, recommend, and coordinate teaching assignments and use of facilities
• Help administer the NTC Faculty Development Program
• Coordinate with management on the maintenance of the accreditation of any program under the department
• Ensure that faculty possess cutting edge knowledge and appropriate exposure
• Recommend the annual budget of the college for which accountability is held
