Job summary

Accenture PLC in Quezon City is seeking a Capital Markets Ops Senior Manager to lead fund administration processes within a hybrid setup. You will develop SOPs, train staff, manage daily deliverables, and drive strategic projects across client migrations, with strong emphasis on governance and risk controls.

The role requires at least one year in Fund Administration Services, a degree in commerce or finance (or near completion of ACA/CIMA/ACCA/CISI/AAT/CMA), and excellent English communication.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Fund Administration Services.
• Bachelor’s degree in commerce or Finance or significant progress towards a relevant professional qualification.
• Experience with account platforms and reconciliation platforms.
• Knowledge of the alternative investment industry and derivative instruments (options, swaps, forwards, corporate actions).
• Ability to identify and resolve complex fund issues.
• Able to assist other staff with application and systems issues.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent spoken and written English.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain all process SOPs and JAMs; provide training and cross-training plans.
• Participate in HSS projects and support Business Continuity planning.
• Update and monitor daily deliverable trackers.
• Maintain SOP/JAM documents with sign-offs and SharePoint updates.
• Deliver on-the-job training and track trainee progress.
• Support client migrations and new system/product testing in coordination with stakeholders.
• Drive training per BCP plans and support testing scenarios.
• Ensure timely allocation of work and prepare KPI/MI reports for stakeholders.

POSITION TITLE

Capital Markets Ops Sr Manager

WORK SETUP

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and maintain all process specific SOPs and JAMs. Provide training and create on the job training/cross training plans for the process
• Active participation and support HSS projects. Support Business Continuity planning
• Update and monitor daily deliverable trackers
• Maintain/create SOP/JAM in a timely manner and ensure relevant sign offs and share point updates are complete
• Deliver effectively on the job training, identify knowledge gaps, and prepare training plans for new joiners and under performers. Track trainee progress against the learning curve and deliver feedback
• Support strategic projects by providing SME knowledge and assisting on new system / product testing and new client migrations by coordinating with key project stakeholders
• Drive training as per BCP cross training plans and provide support during BCP testing and actual BCP scenarios
• Ensure timely allocation of work based on available capacity. Prepare KPI and other MI reporting for Internal and External stakeholders

To be successful, you will:

• At least one year of relevant experience in Fund Administration Services
• Applicant should be following a bachelor’s degree in commerce, Finance or significant progress towards a degree or professional qualification such as ACA, CIMA, ACCA, CISI, AAT or CMA
• Experience in relevant account platforms and reconciliation platforms
• Demonstrate reasonable understanding of alternative investment industry and knowledgeable in various derivative instruments such as options, swaps, forwards and corporate actions etc.
• Demonstrate ability to identify and resolve complex fund issues
• Ability to assist other staff with application and systems issues
• Possess good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent spoken and written English
