Job summary

Accenture in the Philippines is seeking a Procure to Pay Operations Associate for the Taguig office on a morning shift. You will process AP transactions under the AP Team Lead.

Responsibilities include invoice processing (PO and non-PO), payments processing, and travel & expense processing, along with vendor inquiries and end-of-day accounting reconciliation.

Qualifications

• Standard PTP profile required.
• 6 months of relevant experience in at least one sub-process: PO creation, invoice processing or payment processing.

Responsibilities

• Invoice Processing: handle pre-coded invoices (with PO or without PO) and respond to vendor inquiries.
• Payments Processing: post payments, verify errors, liaise with banks and clients.
• Travel and Expense Processing: validate, approve, and release T&E reports; manage receipts.
• Monitor end-of-day AP accounting and ensure accuracy for assigned invoices.

• RESPONSIBILITIES: Invoice Processing:


• Responsibility for activities assigned by the Accounts Payable Team Lead


• Processes transactions of medium to difficult complexity


• Processes pre-coded invoices, including those with and without a purchase order. Invoice Processor may be required to process one or all of these types of invoices (with PO, without PO)


• Respond to vendor inquiries.


• Ensures that all invoices assigned are properly accounted for at the end of each business day.


• Has working knowledge of both scanning and Accounts Payable application.


• Payments Processing:


• Processing of payments transactions. ? Analyze vendor statements


• Manage Payment Posting Process including verifying error and perform resolution; Act as liaison to the client.


• Responsible for the following tasks related to payments: Act as main contact with the Bank regarding payments queries, Process T&E-related payment, Process cheque payment


• Travel and Expense Processing:


• Manage travel and entertainment processes including: Processing and validating approval of T&E reports, Processing, reviewing and releasing for payment/rejecting electronic expense reports


• Monitor and follow up on lost/missing receipts
