SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

Incumbent must have solid experience in running HR Operations for multiple Geographies Exposure to North Americas HR Operations is preferred Should be proficient in understanding various facets of Hire to retire journey Incumbent should have exposure Experience in managing HR Operations for an employee base of > 1,000 Should have led a team of more than 20 employees in a complex Operations environment Should have good experience in managing, running and instituting HR Controls and mitigating Risk in large set up Should be abreast with latest technology in the HR Operations space and should be able to roll out automation as required by the operations Should know concepts of Operations excellence (or any other quality management tools) KEY QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS
