Job summary

Accenture in the Philippines is seeking an experienced HR Service Delivery Manager to lead HR Operations, including Talent Acquisition, Workforce Administration and the full hire-to-retire lifecycle. The role requires managing large teams, multi-geography processes, and automation initiatives from Quezon City.

The incumbent will drive controls, risk mitigation and operational excellence while coordinating with North America-focused resources in a night-shift setup.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of HR industry experience.
• 8+ years of supervisory experience.
• Experience running HR Operations for multiple geographies; North America exposure preferred.
• Experience managing HR Operations for an employee base of >1,000.
• Led teams of more than 20 in a complex operations environment.
• Experience instituting HR controls and mitigating risk in large setups.
• Knowledge of automation in HR Operations.
• Familiar with Operations Excellence concepts.

Responsibilities

• Lead HR Operations across Talent Acquisition, Workforce Administration and Hire-to-Retire processes.
• Manage and improve HR controls and risk mitigation.
• Roll out automation and technology enhancements in HR operations.
• Coordinate with cross-geography teams and stakeholders.

Incumbent must have solid experience in running HR Operations for multiple Geographies Exposure to North Americas HR Operations is preferred Should be proficient in understanding various facets of Hire to retire journey Incumbent should have exposure Experience in managing HR Operations for an employee base of > 1,000 Should have led a team of more than 20 employees in a complex Operations environment Should have good experience in managing, running and instituting HR Controls and mitigating Risk in large set up Should be abreast with latest technology in the HR Operations space and should be able to roll out automation as required by the operations Should know concepts of Operations excellence (or any other quality management tools)
