POSITION TITLE: Customer Service Associate

WORK SETUP: RTO

OVERALL PURPOSE: The Analyst will provide the knowledge, expertise, and guidance needed to manage processes and people efficiently. The role is responsible for ensuring 100% accuracy in all resolutions provided by the helpdesk. The Analyst is expected to answer all process-related queries raised by Customer Service.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• As part of the Front-Office team, you will act as the first point of contact for Shoppers Drug Mart (SDM) stores, resolving queries and providing support. This role involves handling questions related to critical accounting, payroll, reporting, reconciliation, and financial operation.
• The Front-Office team receives queries and support requests from SDM stores and works closely with the Back-Office team to provide end-to-end financial processing support.
