OVERALL PURPOSE:

As part of the Front-Office team, you will act as the first point of contact for Shoppers Drug Mart (SDM) stores, resolving queries and providing support. This role involves handling questions related to critical accounting, payroll, reporting, reconciliation, and financial operation.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

The Front-Office team receives queries and support requests from SDM stores and works closely with the Back-Office team to provide end-to-end financial processing support.

OTHERS:

• Project Shift Schedule: Night Shift
• Project Rest Day: Weekend Off
• Project/Team Location: Mandaluyong, Robinsons Cybergate Tower 2
• Standard Customer Service profile; no domain
• With at least 6 months of working experience
