Job summary

Accenture PLC in Taguig is seeking an experienced Record to Report Senior Manager to lead end-to-end RTR operations and drive governance, controls, and performance reporting. The role involves managing G/L, journal entries, reconciliations, and the month-/quarter-/year-end close with a focus on accuracy and Timeliness.

Night shift schedule, on-site deployment in Uptown Bonifacio Tower 3, and heavy collaboration with Controllership, FP&A, and Audit teams are expected.

Qualifications

• At least 12 years relevant work experience in RTR.
• 10+ years supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end RTR operations, including General Ledger, Journal Entries, and Reconciliations.
• Oversee month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes with strong governance.
• Lead governance discussions, client/stakeholder management, and performance reporting.
• Identify process improvements, automation, and standardization opportunities.
• Support audits and ensure compliance with policies and controls.
• Manage risks, business continuity, and regulatory governance.

POSITION TITLE: Record to Report Ops Senior Manager

WORK SETUP: RTO

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Service Delivery & Operations Management
• Manage end-to-end RTR operations, including:
• General Ledger Accounting
• Journal Entry Processing
• Account Reconciliations
• Fixed Assets Accounting
• Intercompany Accounting
• Financial Close & Consolidation
• Financial Reporting
• Ensure achievement of service delivery commitments, including SLA, KPI, quality, and productivity targets.
• Monitor operational performance and implement corrective actions to address delivery challenges.
• Manage escalations and resolve complex operational issues in a timely manner.
• Financial Controls & Compliance
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and internal control requirements.
• Support internal and external audit activities and ensure timely closure of audit actions.
• Drive accurate and timely completion of month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities.
• Maintain strong governance around financial reporting and data integrity.
• Stakeholder & Client Management
• Act as a key point of contact for clients and business stakeholders.
• Lead governance discussions, operational reviews, and performance reporting sessions.
• Build trusted relationships with cross-functional teams, including Controllership, FP&A, Treasury, Tax, and Compliance teams.
• Provide insights and recommendations to support business decision-making.

• Lead, coach, and develop RTR professionals across multiple processes.
• Drive employee engagement, capability development, succession planning, and performance management.

• Identify operational risks and implement mitigation strategies.

• Support compliance with regulatory and organizational governance requirements.
