Job summary

Accenture in the Philippines seeks an experienced Record to Report Ops Associate Manager to lead the RTR scope across accounting processes in a hybrid setup based in Mandaluyong.

The role requires 7–8 years of relevant experience with at least 5 years in a supervisory capacity, and comfort with automation, Power BI, and Gen AI capabilities. You will coordinate with diverse teams and drive process excellence in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• 7 to 8 years of relevant experience; 5 years of supervisory experience.
• Open to consider at least 1 sub-process: Transaction Processing, Closing Cycle, Financial Reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead RTR scope activities across intercompany accounting, fixed assets/lease accounting, bank reconciliations, general accounting, inventory and payroll close.
• Ensure month-end readiness and adherence to cut-off timelines.
• Maintain balance sheet integrity and substantiation of aged items.
• Build strong stakeholder relationships and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
• Develop control framework to meet SLAs and support business transformation initiatives.

Well accomplished in leading small-to-mid size teams and adept in stakeholder RESPONSIBILITIES:

Responsibilities

• Establish readiness for month-end. Adhere to agreed cut-off timelines and ensure completion of all transactions prepared by team.
• Ensure integrity of balance sheet transactions with particular focus around substantiation of aged unreconciled items and adherence to statutory guidelines, policies, and practices.
• Ensure tactical alignment to directives endorsed by senior management while establishing short-term and long-term goals.
• Ability to identify and assess process related complexities and propose potential solutions
• Flag risks in a timely manner to external and internal stakeholders with proposed plans
• Build solid relationship with stakeholders / business partners
• Ability to liaise / work with cross-functional teams, for instance, mobilization / transition; technology services, recruitment, human capital development, etc.
• Build brilliant control framework to ensure flawless delivery of services in line with established service level agreements
• Exposure to business transformation – basic-to-intermediate knowledge on automation / hyper automation / Power BI dashboards / ML / Gen AI
