Accenture Philippines in Quezon City is seeking a Sales Operations Specialist to optimize the quote-to-close cycle while ensuring compliance with internal policies and revenue recognition standards.

You will partner with Deal Desk, Finance, and Revenue teams to review quotes, maintain data integrity in Salesforce and CPQ, and provide actionable insights on deal trends to accelerate the sales cycle. This role requires 5+ years in deal quoting and pricing.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Deal Desk or Quotation Management or pricing and quotation.
• Experience reviewing quotes for accuracy, pricing, discounts, and approvals.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Finance, and Revenue.

Responsibilities

• Review and refine quotes to meet internal standards.
• Partner with Deal Desk and Revenue teams on non-standard deals.
• Coordinate across Sales, Finance and Revenue to move deals forward.
• Ensure data accuracy in Salesforce, CPQ, and Slack.

This role is responsible for managing the quote-to-close cycle, maintaining data integrity, and partnering cross-functionally to enable efficient, accurate, and compliant.RESPONSIBILITIES:Quote Generation Support• Assist in reviewing and refining quotes to ensure they meet internal standards for accuracy, pricing, discounting, and approval workflows. Should have a background in deal quoting, deal structuring, and segment approvals.Deal Review & Compliance• Partner with the Deal Desk and Technical Revenue teams to review non-standard deals, confirming alignment with internal policies, revenue recognition requirements, and business controls.Cross-Functional Coordination• Act as a key liaison across Sales, Finance, and Revenue teams—responding to ad hoc inquiries and helping to move deals forward efficiently and compliantly.Data Quality & System Hygiene• Ensure data across systems like Salesforce, CPQ, and Slack is accurate and consistent.
