S&R Membership Shopping is seeking a seasoned Distribution Operations Manager to plan, organize and oversee daily distribution activities. The role focuses on ensuring timely product delivery to customers and business units, with a strong emphasis on stock availability and SOP development.

You will lead warehouse and transportation operations, monitor schedules, and collaborate across Sales, Procurement, Customer Service, and Warehouse teams to optimize efficiency and reduce costs.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain, or related fields.
• At least 5 years in distribution/logistics with supervisory experience.
• Proven experience in warehouse and transportation operations.
• Willing to work onsite.

Responsabilidades

• Plan, organize, and oversee daily distribution operations.
• Ensure timely delivery to customers and business units.
• Monitor shipment schedules and coordinate with warehouses, transport, and customers.
• Coordinate with warehouse teams on stock availability and allocation.
• Monitor inventory levels and address shortages or overstock.
• Ensure accurate documentation of inventory movements and deliveries.
• Provide training to improve team productivity and service quality.
• Develop SOPs for distribution activities.
• Ensure compliance with policies, regulations, and safety standards.
• Maintain reporting of distribution activities.
• Prepare reports on delivery performance, costs, inventory movements, and efficiency.
• Collaborate with Sales, Procurement, Customer Service, and Warehouse teams.
• Manage relationships with 3PL providers and transportation vendors.

• Implement strategies to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve customer satisfaction.

• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for distribution activities.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, transportation regulations, and safety standards.

• Maintain proper documentation and reporting of distribution activities.

• Prepare regular reports on delivery performance, costs, inventory movements, and operational efficiency.

• Collaborate with Sales, Procurement, Customer Service, and Warehouse teams to support business objectives.

• Manage relationships with third-party logistics providers and transportation vendors.

Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field.

• At least 5 years of experience in distribution, logistics, or supply chain management, with supervisory experience.

• Proven experience in managing warehouse and transportation operations.

• Strong leadership, analytical, and decision-making skills.
