Job summary

S&R Membership Shopping is seeking an Inventory Compliance Specialist in Laguna. The role focuses on accurate inventory control, cycle counting, RTV and OSD audits, and safeguarding stock integrity in a fast-paced retail setting.

The ideal candidate has 4–5 years in inventory or warehouse operations and hands-on experience with ERP/WMS systems, Excel, and supervisory responsibilities. This onsite position offers growth within the retailer.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or related field.
• 4–5 years in inventory management, warehouse operations, or retail logistics.
• Supervisory experience is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of inventory control, stock audits, and reconciliation processes.
• Experience with inventory systems, ERP, or warehouse management systems (WMS).
• Familiarity with cycle counting, RTV, OSD, and inventory adjustments.
• Ability to analyze inventory discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
• Leadership, organizational, and time-management skills with attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail or warehouse environment and full onsite.

Responsibilities

• Ensures Negative On-Hand reports are generated and reviewed daily.
• Monitors cycle count schedules and investigates inventory discrepancies.
• Audits inbound and outbound inventory transactions.
• Performs regular audits of RTV transactions.
• Audits and monitors petty cash in accordance with policies.
• Monitors transfer transactions and OSD reports.
• Ensures all inventory adjustments are processed and completed daily.
• Conducts BINTAG audits to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Maintains cleanliness and orderliness of the assigned work area.
• Ensures supplies are maintained at minimum levels while maximizing usage.
• Records store-use items and leftovers accurately.
• Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor.

• Conducts audits of inbound and outbound inventory transactions.
• Performs regular audits of RTV (Return to Vendor) transactions.
• Audits and monitors petty cash in accordance with company policies.
• Monitors transfer transactions and OSD (Over, Short, Damage) reports.
• Ensures that all inventory adjustments are properly processed and completed daily.
• Conducts BINTAG audits to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Ensures cleanliness and orderliness of the assigned work area.
• Ensures supplies are maintained at minimum levels while maximizing efficient usage.
• Ensures all store-use items and leftover items are properly recorded and accounted for.
• Performs other duties and tasks as may be assigned by the immediate superior from time to time.

Job Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field
• At least 4 - 5 years of experience in inventory management, warehouse operations, or retail logistics
• Prior experience in a supervisory role is an advantage
