Job summary

Dayforce is seeking a Solutions Specialist to support our DIS application, delivering world-class B2B support to clients globally. You will triage issues, test resolutions, and collaborate with Development, Product, QA, and Services teams to close incidents efficiently.

Based remotely in the Philippines, you will work to exceed client expectations, design and ship code in a fast cadence, and become a trusted advisor with increasing product and industry expertise in Dayforce modules.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service and technology support in a fast-paced environment.
• 2+ years programming in C# or Java or equivalent OO language.
• 2+ years experience with data integrations.
• Exposure to change management; familiar with Windows/SQL Server; Experience with Azure DevOps; proficient in SQL.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service with high client engagement.
• Troubleshoot, reproduce, research, collaborate, design, test, and implement resolutions using C#.NET and SQL.
• Develop creative solutions by triaging Dayforce issues with clients and providing timely resolutions.
• Grow product and industry expertise to become a subject matter expert in DIS and Dayforce modules.
• Monitor client setups and configurations to identify opportunities and exceed expectations.
• Assist with defects documentation, process optimization, and best-practice adoption.
• Support customer transitions from implementation to Support collaboration with Services and Success teams.
