Focusinc Group Corp. is seeking an Operations Manager to lead and develop high-performing teams across client campaigns in Davao City. You will drive operational excellence, manage staffing and scheduling, and ensure SLA compliance while delivering strong client partnerships.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in operations management, preferably in BPO, with proven leadership, communication, and data analysis capabilities. This role is full-time and onsite with night shifts as needed.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree or higher is required.
• 5+ years of experience in operations management, preferably in BPO.
• Strong leadership, communication, and data analysis skills required.

Mansioni

• Lead daily operations of client accounts and ensure SLA adherence.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and staffing.
• Monitor KPIs to identify trends and cost-reduction opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements.
• Provide leadership and coaching to the operations team to meet targets.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and create development plans.
• Foster a positive, inclusive work environment and high employee engagement.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships and meet client needs.
• Prepare regular reports on operational performance and challenges.
• Stay abreast of industry trends to drive continuous improvement.
