Qualifications

• Proficiency with Windows applications: Excel, Word, Access, PowerPoint.
• SQL proficiency from beginner to intermediate.
• Experience with databases and data analytics tools (MicroStrategy, Tableau, PowerBI).
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Good written and oral communication.
• Willing to work night shift in Taguig.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the IQVIA database with accuracy and timeliness.
• Identify supplier and database exceptions via Quality Control and resolve routine exceptions.
• Perform monthly verification of supplier data processing and apply corrections.
• Visually monitor data trends in monthly client information.
• Upload/download data upon demand.
• Maintain documentation of Quality Control Procedures.
