This role focuses on validating registrations, maintaining customer records, and supporting data quality initiatives that enable compliant and effective customer engagement. The role centers on HCP verification, CRM data maintenance, and ongoing data quality management.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and verify HCP registration requests.
• Validate data using CRM systems and external reference sources.

Who You Are

• Ability to collaborate effectively with global stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with HCP, healthcare, or master data.
• Salesforce and/or Veeva CRM experience.
• Knowledge of data governance and data quality best practices.
• Experience with Adobe AEM or Adobe Experience Delivery Services (EDS).
