Responsibilities

1. Design and implement data ingestion pipelines
   • Create automated process to collect, aggregate, and ingest data from different sources across departments.
2. Ensure data quality and establish governance
   • Standardize processes (which could include report generation or operations related processes) and coordinate implementation with business process owners
   • Establish policies and measures on data access, security, privacy, and usage
3. Maintenance & Optimization
   • Assess end-to-end process workflows, identify inefficiencies and optimize processes
   • Configure for scalability and cost-effectiveness

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering (Industrial, Computer, or related)
• Strong analytical capability and data storytelling
• High proficiency in SQL and any of the following: Google Data Studio, Power BI, AWS Cloud Services
• AI experience is an advantage
• Expertise in continuous improvement tools and structured problem solving
