We are seeking an experienced Data Manager to lead our Data Research Team and take ownership of data quality, reporting, and CRM data management. This role plays a critical part in supporting sales growth, business development, and strategic decision-making through accurate, reliable, and actionable data.

Key Responsibilities

Team Management

Lead, coach, and develop the Data Research Team.

Set KPIs, monitor performance, and drive accountability.

Build team capability through mentoring, training, and continuous improvement.

Data Quality Ownership

Maintain data integrity across Salesforce and prospect databases.

Improve data accuracy, completeness, consistency, and compliance.

Identify and resolve duplicate, outdated, and inaccurate records.

Champion data governance and best practices.

Reporting & Analytics Ownership

Produce dashboards and management reports.

Monitor key data quality metrics, database health, market coverage, and team productivity.

Deliver insights and recommendations that support business growth and sales performance.

About You

4+ years' experience in Data Management, CRM Administration, Market Intelligence, or Data Analytics.

4+ years' leadership experience managing teams.

Strong Salesforce or CRM platform experience.

Proven track record improving data quality and reporting.

Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
