Job summary

S&P Global Market Intelligence in Makati City is seeking an entry-level Data Support Specialist to help deliver accurate data feeds and client-facing solutions.

You will build data expertise across datasets, use SQL and Excel to diagnose issues, and collaborate with product and sales teams. Strong English communication and a finance or economics background are valued as you grow with a global leader in financial intelligence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics or related field.
• 0–1 year of relevant finance/data/client-facing experience.
• Demonstrated SQL data querying; advanced Excel (pivot, VLOOKUP, Power Query); AI tools.
• Understanding of income statement, balance sheet, and cash flow.
• Clear written and verbal English communication; ability to manage priorities.

Responsibilities

• Resolve client inquiries for data feed and cloud service clients with professional, timely support.
• Build deep data expertise across Financials, Market Data, Estimates, Ratings, and Textual data.
• Apply and develop SQL, Snowflake, Excel, and AI tools to diagnose data delivery issues.
• Document solutions and product updates to strengthen the knowledge base.
• Collaborate with Product, Sales, and Delivery to address client concerns and surface leads.
• Stay updated on existing and new offerings across the data marketplace.
