Job summary

S&P Global Market Intelligence is seeking a junior analyst to support data feed and cloud service clients, resolving inquiries and building data expertise across Financials, Market & Desktop Data, Estimates, Ratings, and the Textual data suite. You will apply SQL, Snowflake, Excel, and AI tools to diagnose and resolve data delivery issues, collaborating with Product, Sales and Delivery teams.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field.
0–1 year of finance, data, or client-facing experience.
SQL for data querying; advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP); familiarity with AI tools.
Understanding of income statement, balance sheet, and cash flow.
Clear, professional English communication with multi-tasking ability.

Responsibilities

Resolve client inquiries for data feed and cloud services.
Build deep data expertise across Financials, Market & Desktop Data, Estimates, Ratings, and Textual data.
Apply SQL, Snowflake, Excel, and AI tools to diagnose and resolve data issues.
Document and share knowledge on solutions, product updates, and client workflow improvements.
Collaborate with Product, Sales, and Delivery to address client concerns and surface leads.
Stay updated on existing and new offerings across the data marketplace.
