Job summary

Manulife, a leading international financial services provider, seeks an experienced Analytics professional in the Philippines to develop data analyses and models addressing business needs. You’ll work with stakeholders to deliver reliable insights across customer lifecycle, gaining hands-on experience with real data, analytics processes, and end-to-end delivery.

The role focuses on building AI/ML solutions, leveraging visualization tools, and collaborating across teams in a hybrid work setup.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of applicable experience with Python and SQL.
• Experience with PowerBI, Plotly, R Shiny for data visualization.
• Strong knowledge of machine learning and AI algorithms.
• Advanced degree or Bachelor's with equivalent technical experience.
• Experience in AI, NLP, and LLM powered solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement analytics-enabled solutions to improve processes and generate insights.
• Own and deliver end-to-end analytics projects of moderate complexity.
• Analyze large datasets to generate actionable insights and clear recommendations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data sources and needs.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior data scientists.
