NeoWork is hiring Data & Reporting Analysts to turn operational and sales data into actionable insights for U.S. clients. You will build dashboards, monitor KPIs, and help teams move from reactive to proactive decision-making.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or business intelligence.
• Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills (Power Query, pivot tables, formulas).
• Experience with SQL and/or a BI tool such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.
• Good written and spoken English for presenting insights.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize requests.
• Based in the Philippines, with a reliable home office setup and stable internet connection.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain dashboards and recurring reports on key business metrics.
• Clean, validate, and analyze large datasets from CRMs, dialers, and operational systems.
• Monitor KPIs daily and flag trends, risks, and anomalies.
• Translate data into clear recommendations for managers and client stakeholders.
• Automate manual reporting processes where possible.
• Document data definitions and reporting logic.
