Job summary

Vertere Global Solutions, Inc. is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of data quality and remediation initiatives.

You will own project planning, governance, reporting, stakeholder coordination, vendor management, and change control for production data correction activities. The role requires coordinating with IT, Operations, Customer Service and third-party service providers to ensure effective project execution and a proper handover of implemented controls

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
• 8+ years of IT project or program delivery experience.
• 3+ years leading data migration, data quality, or data remediation projects.
• Experience in financial services, brokerage, or banking back-office environments.
• Knowledge of SQL Server environments, batch processing, and data reconciliation.
• Strong stakeholder management with cross-functional coordination.
• Familiarity with Data Privacy Act and regulatory expectations is a plus.
• PMP/PRINCE2 or equivalent certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Establish project engagement including charter, scope baseline, plan, governance cadence, and RAID log.
• Conduct weekly status meetings and steering committees with business and technical stakeholders.
• Coordinate IT environments, access, and third-party vendor support for data concerns and fixes.
• Manage change control procedures for production data corrections with approvals and audit trails.
• Track remediation progress and report identified, corrected, revalidated, and outstanding items.
• Escalate risks and issues promptly, including data privacy exposure and vendor dependencies.
• Coordinate with multiple business/technical functions to maintain neutral, aligned stakeholder engagement.
• Oversee handover of controls, SOPs, and monitoring activities to BAU teams.
• Prepare the project close-out report and document outcomes and deliverables.
