Job summary

Pandoblox seeks a Data Project Manager to coordinate data-centric engagements, including architecture, migration, ETL/pipeline builds, and BI/dashboard delivery. You will own the project plan, budget, and client communication, managing multiple concurrent data projects.

You will liaise between delivery teams and client stakeholders, ensuring data quality, governance, and timely delivery while maintaining professional, organized project management across the portfolio.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of Project Management experience with data/BI engagements.
• Solid knowledge of project management frameworks, tools, and practices.
• Working knowledge of data architecture, ETL/pipeline concepts, and data warehouse fundamentals.
• Exposure to SQL and relational databases; ability to understand data models.
• Familiarity with BI/dashboarding tools from a delivery standpoint (Power BI/Tableau/Looker).
• Experience with ClickUp and Harvest/Forecast for tracking and forecasting.
• Experience in budgeting, design, scheduling, and documentation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to lead matrix teams of contractors and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate data architecture, migration, and ETL/pipeline workstreams into clear project plans.
• Deliver BI/dashboarding engagements alongside data infrastructure work.
• Ensure compliance with SDLC, Change Management, and data privacy requirements.
• Oversee analysis, development, implementation, and maintenance of data systems.
• Communicate progress and issues to users, IT, and senior management.
• Define/document all project requirements, quality, and governance checkpoints.
• Develop and update project plans with actuals and forecasts; manage risks.
• Act as liaison between data/engineering teams and stakeholders.
