Qualifications

• Knowledge of managing various data remediation work streams and projects.
• Experience maintaining client static data within a capital markets environment.
• Accountability and ownership of allocated work.
• Ability to identify, troubleshoot issues, and escal when necessary.
• Financial services related qualifications.
• Bachelor’s degree or university degree or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Remediating data in Clients and Security Coding systems.
• Conducting trend analysis and identifying root causes, implementing or suggesting solutions based on analysis.
• Liaising with global teams to ensure data quality remediation.
• Providing high-level customer service to internal stakeholders.
• Owning ad-hoc projects from inception through completion.
• Providing tangible metrics to management.
• Assessing risk appropriately in business decisions, ensuring compliance with laws, rules, and regulations, adhering to policy, applying ethical judgment, and escalating control issues transparently.
