Job summary

RELX International is seeking a Customer Support/Ops Coordinator I to maintain practitioner data accuracy, verify state license expiration dates, update authority source attributes, and identify linked practitioner IDs across profiles. This role ensures compliance, data quality, and efficient operations.

You will validate identifiers in LexisNexis, conduct audits, respond to inquiries, and collaborate with teams to meet SLAs while upholding data security and record retention policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or at least 2 years of college completed (no back subjects).
• Proficiency with 10-key; knowledge of Siebel preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• High attention to detail and ability to perform repetitive tasks accurately.
• Willingness to quickly learn enterprise AI tools and technologies.

Responsibilities

• Validate data through phone, spreadsheets, and web research.
• Document data and processes accurately; communicate findings clearly.
• Ensure quality and compliance in all services provided.
• Research, resolve, and respond to inquiries via email and calls within SLAs.
• Adhere to policies on authentication, data security, and record retention.
• Navigate multiple systems and internal tools for research and documentation.
• Investigate client issues and escalate to Supervisor when necessary.
• Build customer confidence through effective problem-solving and service delivery.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions for reporting.
