Job summary

RELX is seeking a Data Management Specialist I to support a healthy and progressive database. You will generate leads, build data, and validate contact details using online resources such as LinkedIn.

You will maintain and enrich the Reed Exhibitions exhibitor/visitor database and adapt to multiple projects across industries. Daily targets, data integrity, and timely reporting to a supervisor are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree holder.
• Confident in dealing effectively with internal and external customers.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent time and organizational skills.
• Ability to prioritize and execute tasks in a high‑pressure environment.
• Ability to adapt to varying client and/or project demands.
• Experience working independently and in a team.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to spot data discrepancy.
• Familiarity with online research and sourcing tools.
• Ability to learn and apply enterprise AI tools to support workflows.

Responsibilities

• Online lead generation or data building based on set criteria.
• Complete leads with missing details.
• Validate contact details for existing leads.
• Maintain, enrich and update Reed Exhibitions exhibitor/visitor database.
• Assist in other research projects as required.
• Submit regular productivity and leads reports to Supervisor.
