Qualifications

• Preferably with experience as a Branch Operations Officer or Branch Sales Officer.
• Strong MS Office skills and ability to present data.
• Strong data-driven decision making and analytics.
• Ability to communicate and collaborate with technical teams and stakeholders.
• Proactive in providing support and driving process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Acts as approving officer for end-to-end processing of branch requests.
• Collaborates with internal departments and partners to meet daily transactions.
• Supervises and monitors a centralized processing team when designated.
• Reviews and approves tasks, elevating to higher authority as needed.
• Maintains accuracy, adherence to policies, and strong risk controls.
