Job summary

The role focuses on reporting, process mapping, and governance for Intelligent Office initiatives, utilizing Power BI, Excel, and other analytics platforms to deliver measurable improvements.

Qualifications

• Experience collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data from multiple sources to identify trends and recommendations.
• Proven ability to develop dashboards/reports using Power BI, Tableau, Excel, or similar tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to translate data into actionable insights.

Responsibilities

• Analyze data from office technologies to inform employee experience and space utilization.
• Develop reports, dashboards, scorecards, and analytic tools for Product Management, Operations, Real Estate, and Facilities.
• Document business processes and map future-state processes for new products and capabilities.
