Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Interpret complex data sets using statistical methods to produce actionable reports.
• Design and implement databases, data collection systems, and analytics strategies.
• Prepare situational reports detailing root causes and recommended actions.
• Evaluate Customer Service operations through KPI trend analysis for improvement.
• Publish daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly service operation reports.
