Job summary

Maxicare Healthcare Corporation seeks a detail-oriented Data Privacy Officer Assistant to support the DPO in implementing the Data Privacy Management Program, maintaining records, and coordinating with stakeholders in a healthcare environment.

You will review privacy documents, monitor NPC issuances, assist in PIAs and BIAs, and ensure documentation under DPO policies is accurate and confidential. 2-4 years' experience preferred, with strong MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Data Privacy or related field is required.
• 1 year of relevant experience in Data Privacy, Compliance, Risk Management, Information Security, or related field.
• Knowledge of the Data Privacy Act of 2012 and NPC regulations.
• Familiarity with PIAs, BIAs, ISO 27001/ISMS contexts may be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Support the DPO in implementing and monitoring the Data Privacy Management Program.
• Prepare and maintain privacy reports, forms, records, and masterlists.
• Review and validate data privacy forms and other privacy documents.
• Monitor Asset Register, PIAs, risk assessments, and related plans.
• Coordinate with Legal, Information Security, and process owners on privacy matters.
• Act asDocument Controller for the Data Privacy Office and ensure records management.
