Job summary

DigiPlus Interactive Corp. is seeking a Data Protection Officer to ensure compliance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 and NPC issuances across offline and online sites. You will lead governance, training, and incident response, embedding privacy by design in processes and contracts.

You will review PIAs, manage DSRs, and coordinate with Legal, Compliance, and Risk Management to sustain privacy governance across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Certified Data Protection Officer (DPO) from an NPC-recognized provider (mandatory).
• Additional certifications in Privacy, Compliance, Risk Management, or Information Security are an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Strategic reporting to the Group Head DPO and senior leaders to align privacy programs with business strategy.
• Oversee privacy compliance across multiple offline and online sites; ensure policy implementation and reporting.
• Lead reviews of contracts for lawful basis, data sharing controls, and DPIA approvals.
