Manulife is seeking an IT Service Delivery Director (Data) to join our Global Technology team. You will lead data leaders across Data Engineering, Quality Engineering, Data Platform, Data Governance, and Data Management to deliver trusted, well-governed data services and meet service level commitments.

Responsibilities include shaping the Data Platform strategy, overseeing execution across global teams, and driving continuous improvement through automation and cloud adoption.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to lead diverse data teams and translate strategy into executable plans.
• Strong governance, risk, and budget management experience.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and executive communication.
• Experience with cloud platforms and data modernization initiatives.
• Knowledge of global data governance standards and regulatory considerations.

Responsabilités

• Provide strategic leadership for the Data org across engineering, governance, and management teams.
• Translate roadmaps into executable plans and oversee delivery across data teams.
• Drive continuous improvement via automation, cloud adoption, and platform modernization.
• Build a high-performing, multidisciplinary organization through workforce planning and knowledge sharing.
• Lead governance, capacity planning, and operational performance for the Data organization.
