Job summary

Pureprofile in the Philippines is seeking a capable Project Manager to support the D&I sales and delivery teams by handling day-to-day project management tasks and coordinating campaigns from brief to final delivery.

You will prioritise briefs, monitor progress, manage multiple projects, and liaise with cross-functional teams to ensure quality, on-time deliverables and strong client satisfaction in a fast-paced environment. Strong organisational skills and proactive problem solving are essential.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in project management (in MR industry)

Responsibilities

• Support with project operations and delivery, working directly with the end client and cross-functional teams internally to meet client and/ or consumer requirements
• Working closely with the lead project consultant on a range of project types, providing support in managing end to end deliverables according to spec.
• Independently managing delivery end to end for risk free projects i.e. polls, incidence checks, as well as managing top up/ competitor client delivery of won opportunities
• Understanding and supporting client project briefs and tasks
• Partaking in kick-off calls with internal and/ or external teams
• Reviewing survey questionnaire for design / experience (incl. mobile optimisation) and consulting with the lead project consultant
• Basic scripting/ programming fulfillment
• Effective and proactive stakeholder management both internally and externally
• Assistance with sample / quota management and fulfilment
• Data and quality assurance checks
• Data and report generation
• Protecting the consumer experience
• Compliance on best practices
• An understanding of occasional after-hours and weekend support required
• Creating and updating daily progress reports and solutions
• Ensuring detailed project briefs/ specs are accurately documented in Salesforce and updated
• Ensuring all project details are documented per required accreditations and policies
