Job summary

Indra Philippines, Inc. is seeking a Requirements Analysis and Solution Design specialist to collaborate with business users and delivery teams to translate requirements into functional specifications, data mappings, and process flows.

The role involves analyzing data sources, profiling data, and supporting EDP initiatives, with hands-on experience in Azure and Databricks, ETL/ELT, APIs, and data validation, while supporting both Agile and Waterfall projects.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in data platforms solutions, preferably Azure & Databricks
• 5+ years IT development and system analysis
• Has worked with Agile and Waterfall delivery methods
• Hands‑on experience with Microsoft Azure technology stack or similar Cloud solutions
• Hands‑on experience in data and analytics projects involving data integration, data migration, ETL/ELT processes, APIs, system interfaces, Microsoft Azure Services and data validation activities
• Experience supporting testing activities, including functional testing, SIT, UAT, and end‑to‑end validation
• Proven experience in data modeling, including conceptual, logical, and physical data model design

Responsibilities

• GATHER, ANALYZE, DOCUMENT, and translate business requirements into functional specs, data mappings, and process flows
• Conduct requirement walkthroughs, impact assessments, and gap analysis with traceability
• Analyze source systems, data sources, data structures, interfaces, and data quality to support EDP initiatives
• Design, review, and maintain Azure & Databricks configurations and related components
• Design, review, and maintain application code, configurations, deployment scripts, and release artifacts
• Support deployment and release activities and provide production support for data platform solutions
