Job summary

Accenture Philippines is seeking an Azure Databricks Engineer to design, develop, and maintain data solutions within the Azure ecosystem. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Demonstrated experience as a Data Engineer or in a similar role, with a strong track record of designing and implementing data solutions using Azure Databricks.
• Proficient in SQL, T-SQL, Python, or other relevant programming languages for data transformation and processing.
• Solid understanding of data integration strategies, ETL techniques, and data warehousing principles.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with expertise in diagnosing complex data issues and optimizing pipeline performance and reliability.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and engage with various stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Data Integration and ETL: Develop scalable data pipelines and ETL processes using Azure Databricks and Azure services.
• Data Management and Storage: Design data storage solutions leveraging Azure Databricks and Azure Data Lake Storage.
• Monitoring and Troubleshooting: Implement monitoring and alerting; optimize Databricks and data processing tools for performance and cost-efficiency.
• Collaboration and Communication: Work with data scientists and analysts to translate business needs into technical solutions.
