Job summary

Unisys is seeking an Operations Manager for the Philippines to oversee field operations in Isabela/Palawan. You will monitor attendance, KPI’s, and evaluate personnel performance while preparing daily operations reports.

You will have the opportunity to lead civil registry associates on site, handle escalations with the Regional Operations Lead, and ensure smooth execution through strong communication and precise reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
• 2+ years progressive experience in managing and leading a team.
• Effective communication skills.
• Knowledgeable in making accurate reports.
• Proficient in all Microsoft applications.
• Good interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor attendance, KPI’s and evaluate personnel performance.
• Prepare and submit required operations reports on a daily basis.
• Lead, supervise civil registry associates on site.
• Handle escalations of field office operations issues with the Regional Operations Lead.
