• Responsible in monitoring, field operations & inhouse staff activities.
• Ensuring compliance with the company's operational procedures and policies.
• Monitor data encoding activities and performance.

Skills

Driving skills

Good communication skills (oral and written)

Familiarity with nationwide geographical locations (NCR, Luzon, Visayas, Mindanao)

Education

Preferably college graduate or two-year associate degree
